Observation

During the course of this investigation it was determined that two children were left unsupervised in the restroom. Incident report written by the teacher who discovered the two children in the restroom states the following, "Teacher found them kissing". In addition, during an unannounced complaint inspection this licensor observed children walking to and from the restroom alone and not being actively supervised.
